Cancellations and Transfers‍

Cancellations and transfers for IELTS tests need to be submitted at least 2 weeks before your test date. If requests are made 1-2 weeks before your test date, we can still process your request with an administrative fee of 90 NZD.

Cancellations and transfer requests made with in a week of the test date can only be processed for emergencies such as severe illness or bereavement. Please contact us for all requests made within a week of the test date.
