You can request a re-mark of your IELTS test. This is called an Enquiry on Results (EOR).
·        EOR requests can be made up to6 weeks after the test
·        You can request any, some or all sections to be remarked
·        Your score can only increase
·        If any section is changed to a higher score, you will get a full refund of the remark fee and will have to give back your old test report form. Once received, we can print you a new one.
·        EOR requests usually take 3 –21 days to complete
